Why do I see a negative amount in my Mari Credit Card cashback balance?

You may see a negative cashback balance if there is a refund on your purchase or reversal of any transaction subsequent to the redemption of the cashback. This may result in a negative amount in your cashback balance.

The negative cashback amount will be charged to you in the next statement cycle if your cashback balance remains negative at the next statement date. Cashback earned before statement date will be used to offset the negative cashback amount.
