What should I do if I see a suspicious transaction on my card?

If you suspect any unauthorised use and/ or potential fraudulent activities on your card, you should lock your Mari Credit Card and get in touch with our 24-hour Customer Service at +65 6995 8688 for assistance immediately. We also suggest that you make a police report.

To lock your virtual and physical card instantly, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your MariBank app.

2. Tap Card on the home screen.

3. Tap on Lock Card.
