What happens if I see unauthorised transactions on my e-Statement?

Here is what you should do when you find an unauthorised card transaction on your Mari Credit Card e-Statement. Verify the following before you raise a dispute:

1. Merchant Name

- Some merchants may use a different name for payment processing, which means you could be paying to the correct merchant

2. Transaction date

- The transaction date on your statement may not occur on the same day of your transaction. This is mainly due to overseas merchants may record your transaction with a different date due to timezone difference

3. People who have access to your card and/or card details

- Verify if the transaction is made by any of your family member and/or friend(s) that has access to your card details

If you suspect that there has been fraudulent activity, please report card fraud immediately by login in to your MariBank App > Mari Credit Card > Settings > Replace Card > Suspicious fraudulent transactions or you may contact our 24-hour Customer Service hotline at +65 6995 8688.
