Can I withdraw my Fixed Deposit before its maturity date?

It is possible to withdraw your Fixed Deposit before the maturity date and no fees will be incurred.

However, you will not receive any interest for the period of placement, from the day of your placement to the date of withdrawal. Once your Early Withdrawal request has been processed, your original placement will also be credited to your Mari Savings Account.

To withdraw your fixed deposit early via the MariBank App:

1. Log in to the MariBank App.

2. Select "Fixed Deposit" on the homepage.

3. Select "My Fixed Deposit" in the top right corner.

4. Choose the Fixed Deposit you wish to withdraw.

5. Tap "Early Redemption" at the bottom of the screen.

6. Confirm your withdrawal.

Please note that early withdrawals may not be processed during the hours of 12:00 AM and 12:30 AM daily due to scheduled system processing.

The funds will be credited to your Mari Savings Account (upon early withdrawal).
