What are the acceptable documents for proof of address?

To verify your current residential address, please provide an address proof document. We accept any of the following, provided the document is:

1) Document issue date within the past 3 months

2) Clearly shows your full name and residential address.

3) An original soft copy (photocopies and scanned copies are not accepted).

Accepted documents include:

• Bank Statement
• Government Document
• Telco Bills
• Employment Info Page in Workpass App (for Domestic helpers only)
