Who can apply for Mari Business Loan?

For Mari Business Loan (Credit Line):

1. Own a registered business with the following entity types:

- Sole Proprietorship

- Private Limited Company with no corporate shareholder(s)

- Partnership with no corporate partner(s)

- Limited Liability Partnership with no corporate partner(s)

2. All Owner(s) / Director(s) / Partner(s), and Major Shareholder(s) with more than or equal to 25% shareholding, must be Singaporean or Permanent Residents, and are at least 21 years old.

3. Registered business has to be incorporated for at least 6 months

For Mari Business Loan (Term Loan):

1. Own a registered business with the following entity types:

- Sole Proprietorship

- Private Limited Company with no corporate shareholder(s)

- Partnership with no corporate partner(s)

- Limited Liability Partnership with no corporate partner(s)

2. All Owner(s) / Director(s) / Partner(s), and Major Shareholder(s) with more than or equal to 25% shareholding, must be Singaporean or Permanent Residents, and are at least 21 years old.

3. Registered business has to be incorporated for at least 2 years
